Let’s build skills together! My passion as a therapist is to encourage, empower and challenge my clients: I encourage my clients accept and embrace their unique set of strengths and weaknesses. From this framework, we are able to nurture our strengths, accommodate our challenges and concretely strengthen areas of need.
As a counselor, I have extensive experience working with issues related to grief, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, abuse, relationship issues, and difficulties with life transitions. I have been trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Child and Adolescent Skill Groups and Parenting Skill groups. It is a privilege to be entrusted with the care of others to offer support, build skills and create hope in the lives of children, teens and parents.
